Set a daily water intake goal!
Studies suggest the average adult should consume at least 1/2 their body weight in fluid ounces of water each day (for example, 150 lbs = at least 75 fl oz per day)

Determine how many ounces your favorite water bottle holds to determine how many bottles you'll need to finish to meet your goal. (Ie., a 20 oz bottle will take 5 fill-ups to reach 100 oz each day)
